Specialty's cafe is quite a little gem for solo dining with petite snacks from breakfast to diner. Coffee is good, seating ample and cozy and wifi strong and easy accessible. Haven't chosen any item from the menu card that didn't taste of more. Pricing good also for the area. Definitely coming back ❤
I have training every few months at the chase branch across the street, and my highlight is being able to come here and grab the ham and egg breakfast sandwich, it's ridiculously delicious! Coffee is good too. Great atmosphere and staff are friendly
This place is great! I had time on my way to work and decided to stop in a place I had never been to before. I only ordered a breakfast sandwich and all I had on it was the egg. That was the best egg and bread combination I have ever had at a cafe. (I have had better ones at home) You can really tell the quality of food a business makes by ordering the basics and seeing how good they make it.
This is a wonderful stop in downtown Seattle for the best oatmeal and breakfast pastries you may have ever had. So fresh! It's a nice big airy room with great atmosphere where you can start your day off right. So here I am again, this sunny warm August 4 in vibrant Seattle, back at Specialties Cafe & Bakery satisfying my newfound addiction to their steel oats oatmeal and pecan sticky buns! Absolutely fantastic! The staff is friendly and, as I mentioned when I was in the first time, the ambience is welcoming and cozy. I can't say enough about this place! 😊
Stopped in here about a month ago in the early AM. My pastries, several, were quite tasty and warm, and the barista as friendly and accommodating. The seating area was very clean. Great place to connect with friends and work colleagues. I’ll be back again soon!
Spacious, good flow of food and drink, plenty of available outlets, and good coffee and food. Music was at a good volume and there's a good mix of lounge, bar, and table seating. They offer ordering ahead of time, and there is also a kiosk for self orders if the quick moving line seems unappealing. I wish the place was cleaner, but that has, in part, some fault in our fellow patrons.
Great coffee, oversized and delicious breakfast sandwiches, and fast service. I chose to skip the line and utilize the self-ordering kiosk. My coffee was out immediately and my sandwich shortly after. The Cafe is spacious and well laid-out, so it is easy to grab a table to work on a laptop.
Absolutely love the new design of this place! Cozy and unusual. I like ordering lunch online to avoid the line (which may be long!) Also mind(!): although they have Peet's coffee inside, you need to stay the main line to buy it! So if you want to be quick, order online!
This place is excellent. The bread is soft and perfect, the soups are hearty and flavorful - I will definitely be back. My only complaint is that the bathroom was dirty and the way they pack their sandwiches, they pile everything in the middle with no even distribution.
Great food, nice place and fast service! Recommend: pastrami sandwich!
